First confirmed H1N1 cases today. And both are in the graduating classes. Oh dear, hope they get well soon! And uh-huh, school is slowly becoming an unsafe place.
Anyway, in view of the looming Common Test, I'm going to give my first class test tomorrow to gauge their level of understanding. I have no idea how well the class will do in this test. The paper I've set seems really simple, and the contents tested are all directly plucked out of the classroom notes and worksheets given (modified, of course). Nothing new and no surprises. Somehow, I have a slight hunch at where they are; and it doesn't really feel assuring. But then again, my intuitions miss their mark 50% of the time. Oh, well!
Anyway, this Thursday will be such a killer. Have 3 periods of 50minutes each, followed by a formal observation by BOTH CT and NSC, and after which, tuition in the evening! Can't imagine the amount of things to prepare!
