Title says it all!
Ate my first escargot a couple of hours ago.
Had quite a mental block trying to shove it into my mouth (omg, that's a SNAIL!!!!), but after sannakji (which I discovered I LOVE!!!), surely escargot is nothing.
Anyway, I survived escargot.
It's pretty nice and chewy. YUMMY.
Oh, yeah. Before I forget, Happy Birthday, Singapore.
