THE DOG

Christmas spans over 12 days.

Yesterday early afternoon, we had our Xmas gift exchange.

I GOT IT!!!! *wooot!*

This dog is awesomely HUMONGOUS!!!

It's even bigger than the former No. 1.
Xiao Hei can even ride on it's
back!

(No, it's not being careless. The pen is for size-illustration purposes)

In order to make a wish list of 3, the other 2 items are a bookstore voucher (so that can buy boooookkks!!!!) or a restaurant voucher (so that can bring the family out to eat!). All 3 are equally heartfelt. Any of the 3 would be just as welcoming.

Anyway, I really like the dog! I think that REAL soft toys should be outrageou
sly huge and spatially-demanding. One which is able to be hugged and squeezed and squashed. Small soft toys are... Well... Cute. And cuddly. Ornamental, decorative items. Yeah. BIG soft toys - though - have a more authentic presence!

As of now, a dolphin, a chipmunk (thanks, WL and KH!), a small pillow (from JM, 3 years ago?), a small bolster (under the dolphin), and the 2 big dogs rest on my bed. There are a couple of other small soft toys which are stashed away in ziplock bags into the cabinet. Of course, when it comes to bedtime, I plonk the 2 dogs on the floor and claim sole ownership of the bed. Dad says that if I'm given any more BIG soft toys, they would be sleeping on the bed and I, on the floor.

Right.

Anyway, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

P.S. Time to start replacing 2009 with 2010 when writing dates.
